A PLAN MOVING FORWARD…

  • First and foremost- complete the courtyard renovation by redirecting contractors to increase man power.

  • Increase communication and transparency amongst all shareholders to rebuild trust- we aim to use waverlymews.com for all communications.

  • Work to provide transparency on the HVAC project which little to your knowledge has already started… We want to ensure it moves forward with speed- not delays like we have seen year after year on the courtyard.

  • Replace floor in the lobby, update furniture and lighting - Finally!

  • Install a package area to discourage theft at the same time as the lobby renovation

  • Our carpets date back to 1992, renovating this is a non negotiable.
